I've been searching all over the internet and forums trying to find where to get spring clips with a cloth grabber for a knife sheath. Or is there a way to mod a regular belt spring clip to have a cloth grabber?

Examples of what I'm referring to is the clip on the sheath of the dynamis blade or the tracker dan bloodshark.

Okay, I give up! What the hell is a cloth grabber and what does it do? This is why I say I learn something new every day.

A "cloth grabber" is this little piece of metal that is on certain knife sheath spring clips that allows the user to wear the sheath iwb, without wearing a belt. When one goes to draw the knife, the "cloth grabber" feature on these special spring clips will "bite" into the material of your pants and the knife will be drawn from the sheath, without pulling the sheath out along with the knife. I can't find these clips anywhere on the web. I just wondered if someone had a lead on these or a mod the would be similar.
