Spring for Kershaw Whirlwind

A friend of mine has an old (first gen 440A 10-12 years) Whirlwind the spring finally broke on. Can you buy a replacement or if not what would be a good stock wire to use and where to get it?

Contact Kershaw. They should take care of you (or your friend). I sent in for a clip screw and got two screws and a clip a week later, free of charge. I'm not sure if they would have the part you need, but its worth a try, right?

Kershaw gives replacement parts free of cost. Visit their site, go to Contact Us, email regarding warranty repair, and they will ship you the parts. Otherwise you can send it in and get it replaced.
