Spring Forward GAW - WINNERS SELECTED

Not a big fan of time changes, so let’s make it slightly better with a GAW. This is also an opportunity for me to say thanks and give back a bit to the fine community here. The knives are both new/unused. The offerings include:

A. Wright & Son Ettrick with ebony scales. A nice example, firm pull. Perfect for your upcoming pruning activities.

and

Case Tony Bose Memorial Tribal Lock (the one you will receive is in the box, still wrapped in the factory paper).

The GAW is opened to everyone, just reply you’re in and which knife or both you would like to be entered for.

I’ll let this run till Thursday or Friday so I can mail on Saturday.

Very generous Matt :) Our clocks go forward NEXT weekend, and I'm not looking forward to it. I don't know anyone who is a fan, except for a guy I know who is descendant of the bloke who came up with the stupid idea! :rolleyes:

Never had a Sheffield knife

And I hate time changes as well but at least it won't be dark when I leave work anymore (at least for awhile 😂)

Nice GAW, I'll go In for the A. Wright. Looking to add more sheffield knives to the collection.

Benefit of living in Arizona is we ignore all the ridiculous time changes, clocks stay consistent here like time is meant to be.

First time I went to portugal they where on the same time as England, I had come from Spain and of course thought they where both on the same time.

They wernt, it was 3 days before I found out why I kept missing things or turning up early 🤣 🤣 🤣
 
I’ve stopped complaining about the time change but I do really dislike it. Seems like it takes me a week to fully adjust.

I'm still adjusting to that darn change - luckily I'm retired , so don't have to worry about being late for work!! :rolleyes:
I seldom enter a GA, but I'm in for this one, for either great knife!!:)
I will pay it forward with another GA!!!

Here in Saskatchewan we quit the practice of daylight savings time at least 60 years ago.
