Spring gathering update

Hey Everybody......

Just got back down from checking Beckerhead Camp.......Blew out the small house, helped Rick unload a pile of firewood and another load will be up there tomorrow.......First pass for provisions......Garlic, onions, bacon, Spices and beans for saturday night chili are on hand........Shop cean up tomorrow.......If there are no objections will probably do the pork stew again on friday........gotta get more Benton's bacon......Never enough...Things are in pretty good shape overall.....?Hope to get the new raised cooking pit done wed.....Sometime on thursday should be able to harvest some more bamboo.......

One of the projects I thought would be fun is to build a bamboo shelter.......Maybe do a fire saw as well..... Have not done one of those in a while.......

The weather forecast sucks a bit but less so every day.....Fingers are crossed....... Good times coming.....

I am really sad that I wont be able to be there for this one Uncle E, But I promise to see you at Blade Show.
 
I am really looking forward to this. I had to miss the last one because of school but will be up there after my final on Friday. If there is anything left that needs to be done I would be happy to help. This goes for the cleanup on Sunday as well. Thank you for doing this. Very, very nice of you.
 
Saturday night chili. Sounds like a perfect time to do a Beckerhead remake of the campfire scene from Blazing Saddles...

God dangit, another fun time I will be missing out on..... That`s what you get for being stupid enough to hang around with awesome guys like all of the Beckerheads,
and live on the other side of the world...
HMM, sometime (when the lottery is won by me) I will be attending.... It will cost me about a months pay just to get there, but I so want this to happen once, LOL....

Murph has landed and is up setting up his swing.......When he gets back it will be o beer thirty for me.......Things look good.......Murph helped blow off the overhead by the shop and otherwise is making me happy he got here....LOL.....

Ssomebody bring a thing of wet wipes please and the plea for ice begins.....

Bro Fisk sends regrets......He will be at NRA helping out Ritter at KNIFE RIGHTS......Therefore he has a valid excuse and will not be required to stay after school and wash blackboards.....

Glad Murph got there O.K. hope everybody has safe travels there and back. I however, am continuing my nasy spell of recent bad luck. Started to have vehicle trouble last night and have yet to find suitable transportation. I'm working on it thought. My Dad was gracious enough this evening to offer me his vehicle. So that may be a option if I can't get my turd fixed. If I do however drive my Dads car, I don't hanna hear no sh!t about showin up in a Buick! :thumbup:
 
Buicks a fine automobile .... but they'll talk smack anyhow, especially now that you said something:D hope things work out for you bro, stay safe guys.... there are crazy's out there including you guys... :p
 
Might swing by willis's place and pick up some flint, charcloth, and jute fo' ya'll.
