I can't say enough how great these knives are. I used mine last weekend to relandscape my yard. It lopped off decorative tree branches with one swing, cut out the woody roots of a long dead plant, chopped a line in the sod so that I could pull it up easier. Besides being a bit duller than razor sharp, my LVK was no worse for wear. All I did was hose the dirt off it, wipe off the water, and give it a bit of an oiling. It's ready for the next project that I'm hoping to start in the backyard next saturday.

Love this design:thumbup:

The pictures and Steely got me. Email sent on #2!

Use it in good health:) For the money, these knives were MADE to be used hard. Like so many others, I sometimes have a hard time pushing my high dollar khuks and customs because they do cost a bit of money. However, for 60 bucks, I'll use that knife all day long:D I'm really glad these are selling so well. They do make a great user blade on a budget:)

Congrats man. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

HI toys are quickly replacing most of my knives. Their smiths are just that talented. Heck, my coworkers want to use either my Suien Cleaver of one of my HI bowies for meat cutting.

Agreed Jake. I believe these are the ones with a thinner bevel and very sharp edge as opposed to the other style that has a slightly wider bevel and more convex edge. The ones for sale above are so nice and easy to sharpen will make a good utility Kukri (IMO). Nice work by Keshar Lal and team.

Can't wait to take it on some backpacking trips this summer!
Gonna use the heck out of it.
