Spring, Texas?

In another thread, reference is made to "the bladesmiths of Spring, Texas."

My adopted daughter's maternal grandmother from her birth family lives in Spring. We are currently making plans to take our daughter to visit her this summer. So, who are the bladesmiths of Spring, Texas? Is this a "must visit"
for a knife nut?
