Yesterday was awesome! it was just about 65 all day. the perfect weather for the bike. i was out all day only stopped to eat lunch. turns out its goin to rain all week now but yesterday was worth it. felt great to be back on the bike in nice weather again! anybody eles get to ride this weekend?

Yesterday was gorgeous, I too spent all day outside. I even drove by the river and saw a few crazy people out in the water behind boats. It made me want summer to get here so much faster.

Its been a steady downpour here in Vancouver but today is just cloudy so I'm gonna head out and enjoy the road for a few hours while the break lasts.

Spent the day out shooting with the kids and then went for a horseback ride. Just about the perfect day in my book.

I got all the flowers set out and mulching done. Dug up the root ball to the banana plants and replaced it with a mini peach tree. Need to lime the yard but have to wait til it rains to put it out.

LOL, I rode to work this morning, dropped the bike at lunch (literally :o) and took the truck.

Snowing now, talking 10"+ 20 degrees tomorrow.

I got into the wind !

The weather is turning here too. Been very wet and cold today. Was about 23C. I think that's about 73F. Brrrrrrrrrrr.

Spring?!?!?! I thought so when it was 70 yesterday. But after the temperature dropped over 50 degrees and we got a foot of snow over the past 24 hours (half of which melted), now I'm not so sure...

It was about 80, rode my F150 to the swamp and had a hell of a day fishing........

Bout as much "riding" as I do

Its been a slow gentle thaw of the snowpack, like a normal spring for a change. We still have 2 feet or more of snowpack and the ice on the lakes are 2 feet thick or better. Now is a great time to be out ice fishing, snowmobiling, cutting and hauling firewood, and cross country skiing. With warmer weather near the freezing mark one does not have to wear heavy clothing to enjoy late winter conditions. I am in no rush for the snow to melt, once it does everything starts growing, hatching, flying/biting, crawlling, chewing, not to mention the fire season and allergies. Winter has always been my favorite season. However, once we get past spring with the biting flies, and enter high summer, there comes the good times on the beach and patio.

A vacation in Oz, that would be just the thing. I bet Murray would have a blast, he looks so sweet and cuddly :D
