That's a neat list. I wonder why the C100 and C107 designations were never used?

Found the following on an old Spyderco forum post from 2006:
“Page 2 of the Spyderco Story mentions that Spyderco and Al Mar were working on a collaboration before Al's tragic and untimely passing. The C100, of course, has been passed over in the sku lineup because it is going to be a very special knife. Some have guessed that it will be an automatic but according to Colorado law, I don't see how Spyderco can pull this off without opening a "home office" in either Florida or Oregon. Such an obvious skirting of federal law doesn't sound like something Spyderco would play around with.
That's why I'm officially casting my "guess" that the long awaited Al Mar/Spyderco collaboration will be realized soon and will be marketed under the sku "C100".
