Greetings and Salutations!

this lil guy's name is 'Spud', and it's magical power is to disappear when not needed and then reappear when something needs to be cut!

The Richlite handle scales are bonded to G10 liners, which are held in place to the canvas micarta frame with 4 2mm stainless steel pins, two canvas micarta pins and one brass tube. There is no metal touching the tang, so the handle is always warm and inviting, and may not shock you quite so bad if you cut into a live wire, (pro tip- don't do that!)

The S35VN blade has a belt finished hollow ground primary bevel, with a hand worked, fine appleseed shaped secondary bevel/edge. Hand rubbed flats. It's cryogenically quenched for maximum radness.

Sheath 8oz veg tan leather, dyed and hot packed in-house, and hand stitched with chubby, waxed polyester thread.

Another very nice ensemble...
Thanks very much, Dudley!
I agree…great looking stuff coming out of your shop, Lorien.
so nice of you to say, Coleman- I'm working hard up in here!
Beautiful job...👍👍👍
🙌
That’s sexy!
😚
Ready for work.
sure hope it ends up livin that life! I didn't spend all this time raising some entitled knife that's afraid to get its handle dirty

This little Spud is fresh off the bench!

The blade is AEB-L, which had a little decarb during heat treatment, which I left on the flats- it has kind of an interesting colour to it. The blade was ground with the equivalent of a 28" wheel, and it has a nice, acute edge.

The handle is Richlite, with a double black micarta frame tang, 4 x 2mm stainless hidden pins and two titanium thru pins. The sheath is from 9ish oz veg tan leather, sewn with waxed polyester, and hot packed for a lifetime of use in all conditions.

I made this knife as a gift for a good friend of mine who is in the bike business. I had his company's logo laser engraved on the blade.

Thanks for looking!

Pretty damn sweet!!!!! Great job!👌

That's a good looking and USEFUL design.

I love the bullnose blade and a larger (smoooooth) handle gives it a LOT of control.

Bravo.

Here's another Spud, recently finished, hollow ground from .316" Bohler A2 with a waxed oxide finish. The handle scales and tang frame are G10.

This is the 'Gassy Clown' Edition
