I noticed over in this thread that a Spur sprint run was mentioned. That caught me by surprise, and I wanted to confirm it. I know that a few people have been searching for this model for awhile, so I figured it was worth a post here in case anyone missed the other thread.

PE or CE blade? Availability dates? Other details that can be shared yet?

Thank you.

I saw one at a show last weekend. Almost bought her for 75$ but I let another forumite have her ;) I really like the Spur but have had to substitute a Mouse because I can never find one at a decent price. I think that a sprint Spur will rock.

The Spur is great! Would love to see a sprint run (with a normal clip please...)

I'll put my vote in for a run of the Spur.

I agree with Ted.....regular clip. No kraton at all would be fine with me.

Available in PE version too? Please? :)

Thanks!

Joe

I do appreciate Jazzman letting get that Spur.:) I really like the idea of a Spur with CF inlays and rubberless clip, however, the kraton does kind of make the Progrip/Spur series unique.

Here's my vote for a sprint run of the Spur. And yes, with a regular clip. I have one in my collection. Wonderful little knife.

I have the Spur pictured above. Sorry for the newbie question, but what does Joe58 mean when he says he prefers no "kraton" on the clip? Also what's a regular clip, versus what this has?

The stock clip has a rubber pad (kraton) on the underside of the clip.

The recent production run of Spurs with grey kraton inlays (pictured) was the "sprint run." It is already over, and what remains is out in the dealer network. PE and CE. 1200 pcs., I think.
