I have had one for several years. And I love it. In fact I just bought a couple of the new ones to have as backups. It's legal everywhere I know of and the blade shape is great. It does have a thick tip so if you are going to use it to punch through a lot of materials I would suggest the Walker.

Very nice little knife. New Graham's got them for about $60 I believe.
