Spyder key

A year or so ago, a Stag Spyderkey went on Ebay for $187.

Try to find one, or someone willing to sell one - you will be hard pressed.

Damn, I had the opportunity to buy an OD serrated Endura for 30 dollars back in January:mad:

And just the other day a Flatiron CE with FRP handle went for right around $210. Sheesh!

A plain edge Jess Horn w/ jig scales went for $138 this morning. I already have one, but somebody got a big time steal.

A large Probe just closed on Ebay for $180 US... I bid it up to $120 but thats as high as I wanted to go.

anyone have any coloured spydies to sell email me first, bought a few off peeple here if you need references. (pay quick via paypal)

Wish we could've sold them for those numbers when we sold 'em.

The FlatIrons are a group of large rocks outside of Boulder. They pertrude out of the ground like slices of rock turned vertical. Popular with the mountain climbers.

Sal you could easily sell coloured endura and delica's, you should bring in some limited run ones in OD Green, Desert Tan and maybe pink also.

I for one can always use a sheeple friendly colour :)

:D

Let me rephrase: "Flatiron CE with FRP handle" sounds like a knife. It's a knife I've never heard of. Can anyone provide details? ;)

Think a knife that looks like a Calypso (large version) that is flat saber ground rather than flat ground. Mount it on what looks like an Endura handle, and you have a Flatiron.

IIRC, these were only sold through the Golden retail store, some years ago.

If you do a search you will find a few threads relating to this knife, probably in the archive.

Thanks, Architect.

I did a quick search, and I've been edjeekated. (that'll teach _me_ to just Google something knife-related ;) )

The old Spyderkeys are my favorite Spyders. The cost of producing them was astounding, (just ask Sal)! These Eboyohboy prices are breathtaking nonetheless. I've sold about 6 of them in the last 5 years and I wish I could of sold them for these prices! I've held on to a stag and an original all stainless example. I would never sell these last two because most of the Spyderkeys represent the epitome of Spyderco quality.
