Spydercard problem.

I got my plain edge Spydercard probably a month ago or more and when I got it there was a pretty bad problem with the blade centering. When closed it touches the liners, and when deployed it actually scrapes across the side. I thought I could just ignore it and let it be but its starting to bother me. Is there anything that can be done to resolve it, short of sending it to the factory? And if not, how would I go about sending it back. Thanks

The knife should not behave this way. There is clearly something wrong with it. I have a Spydie card and it´s perfect in fit and finish.

You should know that the Spyderco Customer Service is top notch! So don´t be afraid to send it back.
