Vancouver Island, Canada, that's where I got mine this summer. I don't exactly remember which place it was. Anyways, try old-fashioned brick and mortar shops, they tend to have 'old' stock!

A few places pop up. Cheapest is $34.95.

Whether they are in stock is another question.
