yes, I'd be interested in those diamond rods. any idea on how much they'll cost?

The toad's still there! Awesome.

Also interested in the SS Harpy. And also the Jester. And were there any changes to any existing models <coughmilitarycough> that we should know about?

Does anyone know if the existing models steel and other stuff will be changed? Like how the Viele changed from AUS-8 to Vg-10 and I think the Zowada changed to some new steel too. I am interested in which models changed to what if any

I suppose the Mouse is gone, as it no longer appears on the list. It's also missing from the "discontinued by deduction" thread.

I'm curious, too--what's the Salsa?

The Mouse is an exclusive for Blade Tech. I don't think it appears on the Spyderlist, and will be produced as long as Tim wants to keep buying them.

Sal, thank you for the list. I eagerly anticipate the diamond rods for my 204, but I am astounded to see the StarMate missing from the product lineup for 2002. I have one, an early model that I dearly love, and was even thinking of buying another as a back-up, but I haven't the money at the moment. Now they are disappearing! I am sure that you are heartily tired of peolple complaining when their favorite model vanishes, but I thought that the StarMate was one of your better sellers.

Sal, looks like a great line up. I am interested in what colors the Meerkat will be available in (burgundy would be cool) and are there any pics around of the World knife? Thanks for a bunch of great knives. Jeff
