I've been reading about the two steels mentioned in the subject. In my short experience with Aus 8 has been very good with boker knives. What about spyderco 8Cr13Mov? Is it a better material than boker aus 8?

How well does it hold an edge compared to aus8? For example: 45 slices full length of blade through cardboard.
Does the 8cr13mov rust?
Is it chemicals resistant?...example: 100 lemons sliced 1 way cuts.
