Spyderco Air or BM Megumi?

I want a gents folder for a potential new job. It's very likely I will have to wear dress pants and such versus jeans and a polo at my last job. Needless to say even a native 5 or dragonfly sticks out like a sore thumb with dress pants. I Have had an Air before and its a great knife. I don't know what the megumi is like but I have had a knife with the Nak Lock before. Not my fav lock but not the worst either. They are similar size and weight. Anyone have both and can give me real world comparisons?

I've got the 480-1 with a Nak-Lock. It's rubbish if you are expecting anything stronger than a flimsy liver lock. I can wiggle my blade forward when it's locked. I see it as a slightly-safer slipjoint.
