Spyderco barrel bolt clip

Hey all,
Well I finally did it. Snagged my pocket clip on my Pacific Salt and now the lateral play on it is extreme. I had a little clip wiggle before but now it moves laterally like an inch over when light pressure is applied. I have the bolts cranked down nice and tight and loctited in place. For the life of me I can't think of a fix.

Anyone have any suggestions or fixes? It's probably not an issue in function but the side to side play in the clip is irritating!
 
Contact spyderco customer service with your problem they will send you a new screw for free and if it needs repair you can send it in.

BTW spyderco has amazing customer service.
 
Unfortunately the clip is unharmed, it seems the FRN has deformed instead. I'm hesitant to use any sort of glue to "build up" the side of the clip channel, as I'm not sure it will stick to the FRN. I'm also not sure it will hold. I'm considering putting a lock washer under the bolt and really cranking it down. I'm just not sure it'll hold tight enough....
