Stating "CONUS only" in your original post would have been polite. Or you could have said so in the first email based on my location as can be seen on forum.
Instead of refusing to deal with me right since the beginning you cut me off a week into the deal by stating you already had a buyer and suddenly there was a geographical condition which had not been mentioned before. It might be a cultural thing but around here such behaviour would be considered bad business practice and even bordering on outright rude.
