Spyderco bushcraft blanks - will they ever be sold again?

Hi Guys,

I recently got some mule(temperance - mistake) blanks (which are going to be lots of fun) and was wondering if anyone know if the bushcraft knife blanks will be sold again.

I am keeping my eye on the website.

Was it a one off. Any chance of higher end steels (not that there's anything wrong with the 01 steel :))

Temperance blade blanks? Sounds cool.
 
Oh you my be thinking of the mule team as they are similar to the temperance.
 
Oh you are right i did get them confused... I left it in the original post but put it in red.

Apologies, if I got any temperance fans pulses raised unnecessarily ;)

I saw it said discontinued but wasn't sure if spyderco might release a different version..
 
Hi Pap11y,

No plans at this time. the original request came from the designers that we make some. It's a Scandi grind on 01 stock. Really a limited market.

Thanks Sal. I guess an S30V market would be even more limited demand then :)

This is one of my all time favourites. Thanks everyone for your input.
 
The Swick 2 was also a blank sprint run. They show up in the secondary market now and then.
 
I think I remember Sal saying something about a Swick 3 sprint coming up sometime... Don't think any details were provided, though...
