There is at least one on Ebay unless it's sold today.Hey yablanowitz, thanks for replying to my inquiry/post. I will do that. I used to be a Bladeforums member back in the early 2000s. It's been a long time since I was on here. So long my email and handle wasn't recognized, had to rejoin today.
I can understand you not wanting to part with yours. I bought mine back in 2009, IMO the best folder Spyderco has ever made, especially for the price back then. Been an EDC folder ever since. Don't care for the Manix 2 at all. Not with that new lock, lack of tip down carry. Got robbed, and I miss it badly. I know there are/were several Spyderco forum members who had several of them in their collection. Gotta' see if I can pry one out of somebody's hands. Any idea what current value is? Good thing for insurance. Thanks, Ptaltaica.
I hear ya'. IMO the best folder Spyderco has ever made. Was an EDC for almost 15yrs./but stolen. I recently renewed my basic membership for $10, but the system won't allow me to talk with collectors until I have a Gold membership. Patiently waitingI’ve got a 95 - hate to say there is no way I’d part with it. Best of the manix family. Sounds like a bank vault closing when it locks up.
I agree 100%. I hate what they did with the Manix 2. I'd love if they brought back the original C95GP. I'd but a couple for sure, be set for life. The C95 was the best Manix they ever made. Spyderco is usually great when it comes to refining their knives but they really failed when they brought it back as the XL Manix and gave it a new lock and added that unnecessary jimping all over it :-(
I would love if they brought back the original for at least a short time in an upgraded steel.
Nice collection there. Are those handle slabs on your 2 Spydercos custom made? I've never seen that style before. Is it a combo of micarta and carbon fiber?I used to have a couple of C95s, and now I only have the one in this image. I don't mind the new Manix XL, but a C95 in a tough modern steel would be much better.

Would Love to see a new age steel on a C95 sprint or exclusive!!!!The C95 was the best Manix they ever made. Yes, those are custom handle scales on the Manix and Chinook. Don’t ask me who did them - it was a while back.Nice collection there. Are those handle slabs on your 2 Spydercos custom made? I've never seen that style before. Is it a combo of micarta and carbon fiber?
