Spyderco Caly-series is addictive

Hello!

I got my Caly3 in January and 2 weeks ago I got Spyderco Urban, both are Caly-series knives and I love the ergo and finger choil. Today I placed order UKPK Orange G-10 handles. I think Orange will tone down knife bit making it more people friendly. Man, my first Spyderco S30V... I hardly can wait to get it.

I like Delica's too, I got FFG Delica 4 and regular 4 with saber ground but Caly seems to fit my hand better.

I am just bit worried as this point I am dangerously heading towards Sage's and Leafstorm's...
 
Caly addiction is good. Just keep in the mind that Caly3.5 is coming sometime in future (I hope close future).
 
I too have a Caly3 and love it. I've been wanting to get an Orange UKPK! I got a Sage a while back and really love it, so if you decide to get one, I'm sure you will love it too!
 
Caly 3 remains one of my favorites. The CF version with ZDP-189 blade is excellent. G10 handles provide more grip, but I find that I do not need the texture of the G10 due to the ergos of the handle. The CF versions feels as secure to me as the G10.

Yes, the Caly 3.5 is coming, but I have mixed feelings about what I have seen. The longer blade will likely limit where I will carry it. Also, for working with the tip of a knife, I prefer a 3'' or less blade. Yesterday, for example, I was working in the yard and had a Millie with me. The string on the weedeater was jammed and I had to use the tip to work it free. I was able to get it out but would have preferred a shorter blade for such work.
 
Caly 3,5 seems nice, but I am not sure if I have use for so big folder... oh, well, I still probably get it... eventually... :D
 
I'm excited..my wife had me pick out a spyderco for my birthday..it's gonna be my FIRST cf folder, my FIRST ZDP and my FIRST Spyderco.

If I like it as much as I like her little Dragonfly Tatoo....I'll like it a LOT.
