Just thought I'd share a recent experience with Spyderco's customer service and the build quality of their current knives.
I have Pacific Salt that had seen use on all my trips to the coasts. It was used often in the water and never showed rust. It did loosen up a bit to the point where itclosed during use underwater. This was the first time I ever sent a product back for service of any kind, so I wasn't sure what to expect.
The thing is, while that blade was away, I couldn't help but order a Sage I.
So here I was waiting for 2 knives from Spyderco.
The Salt was replaced with a new model that arrived almost exactly two weeks after I sent it off. The new blade is perfect.
The Sage as many have already said, is a great knife. All things considered, Spyderco has earned my trust. Hopefully things don't change. Keep up the good work!!!
