Thoughts on this please, I'm a knife newb and I want to get some good quality knives to test the different types of steel. (Being a soon-graduating in materials science/metallurgist doesn't help either, haha.)
I currently own a BM 950, which is 154CM, a benchmade mini pika II which is 9Cr13CoMoV, Rainbow Leek (14C29). To complete my "strong" steels journey I want to try out an S30V and VG-10 blade, and these two folders also fit my size requirements so now I have all the way from 2"-3.5" blade length.
So- suggestions, build quality, pictures, what you like and what you hate about these two knives. I know they are not made in the USA-won't sway me unless the build quality is poor.
