Spyderco Cat vs Ambitious. I'm going to buy one, need to be swayed by real owners experience.

I have carried an Ambitious on and off for a year and just got a Cat. They are so close in size and I have really enjoyed the Ambitious but have to say that the Cat is coming out on top. Nice pointy tip for opening packages but still substantial enough not to feel fragile. Not quite the full and efficient belly in the blade like the Ambitious but sufficient nevertheless for good cutting power. Sits better in the hand due to the choke up choil and aesthetically more attractive in my opinion. The only con is that the hole in the blade is a tiny big too big and positioned so close to the top edge as to make it look a bit fragile. I like the wire clip also. The Ambitious is still a very nice little "big" knife.
 
I have an Ambitious and it is a great knife. But I prefer Spyderco's wire pocket clip so I've wanted to get a Cat. But either way, I don't think the pocket clip is a deal breaker. Hope that helps :)
