Tried downloading the new catalog on both my work & home computer and it won't show up. No idea why.

Really all I want to know is the names of the upcoming new models. Anyone want to put up a list?

the catalog are in pdf format, you have to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or more to see them. also note that they're pretty big so depending on your connection it might take a little time to load.

Halfneck,
What happens when you download it?

Kristi

Kristi,
Same here, nothing happens, nothing at all. Just that hourglass that won't go away. :(

I could only get bits and pieces until I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 .

Are you on a dial up modem? If so it may take a very long time to download this catalog.

I have High Speed Digital and it came through with no problems whatsoever.

Do you have Adobe Reader? If not, you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

That should clear things up. We've reduced the size of the files online, but on a dial up connection it would still require some time to download.

Let me know if this helps.

Well I can scratch the work computer, I am not "authorized" to download any software.

Not surprising, most IT departments do not want you clogging up the system with unauthorized software. Not only are there concerns about viruses but also with license agreements.

I had the same issues... I did two things to resolve it.

1.) Don't try to open it, save it to you computer by right clicking and saving it. If I tried to open it by clicking on the link, Adobe just sort of hung up.

Then open your Adobe Reader and open the saved files.

2.) I also updated my Adobe Reader to version 7.0 and it seemed to also help, and it is free.
