I am selling my CF Military because the clip can not be relocated for tip-up carry. Otherwise a beautiful knife. Like new, never used, never carried, never sharpened, box, etc. $140. Someone will get a very nice knife.

You could always ask STR to drill it for tip up carry, if that's the only reason you're selling it. It would destroy the resale value, but it would make it better for carry.

We have a model shop that has virtually every tool under the sun. The Military has a liner that is drilled and threaded. Since this liner will not fit at the opposite end, I would need to use individual threaded inserts or, perhaps a custom liner inserted. I don't want to do this.

I have redrilled my Buck Mayo and, it worked out great. Since I have a strong preference for tip-up carry, I am not buying any more folders without the tip-up clip feature.
