I had not seen a wish list in a while (sorry Sal, I am sure you get tired of these...but hey its kinda market research)! Here goes...

1) Larger size M. Walker with titanium scales or optional G-10, 3.5 inch blade length would be great. The Almite is a bit slippery and AUS-8 is not my favorite, but great look and functional shape.

2) Would like to see a "heavier" fighter with a recurve thick blade...something along the lines of a Emmerson Commander.

3) Could use another hunting model...my Wegner gets lots of use but would like a little more sweep to the front of the blade for large skinning jobs...say what ever happened to the Keating (sp?).

4) Please keep up the custom work! Would like to see a few more along the Viele style for "class" and finish. Maybe a Brian Tigue collabriation?

Keep up the great work!

Knife nut - Thank you for the kind words.

#1 is not likely. Michael has not expressed interest in creating another design. This design was actually very difficult in the beginning of the collaboration process. too many cooks (long story).

#2 & 3 will more than likely be well serviced with the Keating Chinook. I've been using mine for about a week now. Should be out soon.

Some collaborations are quite beautiful, like the Howard Viele, some or, well, more funtional, like the Bram Frank Gunting.

Personally, I'd love to see a fixed blade fighter. Something like a bowie or a sub hilt fighter would be nice, but I am not sure if it would fit the Spyderco profile or ethos. Still, I could be wrong, cos there is a little number called the Civilian!!
