Spyderco Civillian Which Torx to use

Need help with size please. Am trying some and seems to start to damage the pivot screw. Thank you.
 
I do not know the torx size utilized, but if none are allowing you to remove it with just a reasonable amount of torque, it may be that Spyderco used a higher strength/amount of loc-tite. Have you attempted to hold the tip of a soldering iron to the pivot screw to break the loc-tite?

Most torx bits are not accurate, I have never had a problem removing glued screws with Wiha bits.
 
The only Civilians I own are pre-Torx era, but the pivots on almost all Japanese Spydercos that use 3 screw clips are T-10. I'd suggest dipping the pivot area of the handle in boiling water to break any thread locker.
