Yup, they are a nice little knife. I did run into one problem though. When the blade is closed and I inserted the knife into my pocket I cut the webbing of my hand as the tip of the blade is so close to the end of the handle. Kind of surprised Spyderco did not catch the potential hazard.

I have the model with the bottle opener/screw driver. Nice little knife for $20 shipped.

I have the one with the scissors. The blade works well and takes a nice edge. The handle was too uncomfortable for me. The closed handle of the scissors create a painful pressure point while cutting with the blade. So I did not use it much.
