This one comes with the velour box and so forth as originally packaged.
The number is in the 200's (of 1200 produced), I don't have the knife on me at the moment, but can check it if it is important to you.
Knife was carried one afternoon with no discernable marks on the scales. I did use the knife and sharpened it on a Sharpmaker. It is really bleeding sharp.
