Spyderco Commendations

I would like to commend Spyderco for their outstanding customer service. I posted a thread awhile ago about a problem I had with a new police model knife. I sent it back to Spyderco and today I received a new one from the factory all in less than 2 weeks. No questions asked they also stated which I found impressive is that returned knives are sent to thier R&D department so they can research and correct the problem so it won't show up in future knives.This kind of service will keep me a Spyderco fan!!

Great service indeed- I bet there are so few Spydercos returned, relative to sold numbers, that Sal himself checks everyone!
