Spyderco Counterfeit?

Hey guys and gals,

Today I found this little folder from my father, he had it laying around somewhere in a junk pile.
I don't have much experience with Spyderco, but I think this is their design, but I could be wrong.
I would need help identifying what model this is made after.

It kind of looks like a Delica, but it's not a precise copy of any particular Spyderco

looks like a gas station knockoff to me. What does the tang say?

Probably based off of the Spyderco Delica.

The tang simply reads, "Stainless China."
And yes, it's complete garbage and probably dirt cheap.

It's in pretty bad condition right now, as well.

It's not a counterfeit.
It's just a cheapo knife.

It's clearly Spyderco Delica inspired, but not a counterfeit. I see these in stores all the time.

integrated pocket clip and that design? yeah it's a Gen 1 Delica knock off
