Spyderco Customer Service - A testament

I recently contacted Spyderco CS to inquire about a replacement body screw I had lost for my Military. After a short email correspondence I was told that they would be mailing out soon.

1 week later I have not one but SIX replacement screws AND a free bottle of Loctite 243.

I gotta say that is top notch customer service! :adoration:
 
I had a similar experience with them, they sent plenty of spares and some Loctite. They've always been top notch in my book.
 
They must be starting to change their policy on sending out parts. They didn't used to do that, at least not very often if they did.
 
I got a couple of new screws and a bottle of Loctite (which was a surprise) from them recently too. Good stuff.
