So I made a thread a while back about sending in my CF/Ti/S90v Millie after receiving it in not so great QC shape, blade rubbing the scale, major lock bar stick etc and I had tried to adjust myself so I didn't send it back to KW due to me messing with it. Sent it back to Golden with an explanation of issues and was worried they'd kick it back cause I nearly stripped a screw that had red loctite on it. Well it just got back (1.5 weeks out) and it's PERFECT! I'm not sure if it's even the same knife. Very very pleased to have the Millie back in my rotation and major kudos to Spyderco's customer service. I sent out a BM same day for warranty repair and it hasn't come back yet, only hoping it comes back with similar results. 
Spyderco definitely earned my respect and retained a customer.
