So I made a thread a while back about sending in my CF/Ti/S90v Millie after receiving it in not so great QC shape, blade rubbing the scale, major lock bar stick etc and I had tried to adjust myself so I didn't send it back to KW due to me messing with it. Sent it back to Golden with an explanation of issues and was worried they'd kick it back cause I nearly stripped a screw that had red loctite on it. Well it just got back (1.5 weeks out) and it's PERFECT! I'm not sure if it's even the same knife. Very very pleased to have the Millie back in my rotation and major kudos to Spyderco's customer service. I sent out a BM same day for warranty repair and it hasn't come back yet, only hoping it comes back with similar results.:thumbsup: Spyderco definitely earned my respect and retained a customer.

I needed a few clip screws for my most carried Spyders and it was here in days. I wanted some stickers for my car, toolbox and computer and they were also here in a few days. They have answered my emails in the past. So far, I've not need any major support but they sure handle the little stuff no problem. I am not totally loyal. I have a bunch of Benchmades and several Sebenzas. Know what theses three have in common? Great customer support and quality products.

You're right about that. Current rotation is CRK (Lg Insingo Sebenza), BM 940-1, and my M390 PM2 or Millie. All have EXCELLENT customer service. And for someone who uses their blades daily and can't afford to have an unreliable tool, solid customer service is a major bonus

I just bought my first pm2 recently.(why didn't i ever get one before!) When I received it the scale screws were mostly all beat up and half stripped. Contacted the charlynn and she is sending me out new screws for free. I even offered to pay but was told "right now we don't sell the screw sets." And of course reminded of there warranty terms. I even was sure to mention I bought it used. So needless to say I'm very impressed with there customer service.

Luke86, I am pretty sure that is the camera angle. If you look at the rest of the knife, it becomes obvious that the knife is canted in his hand as he tries to take the picture.

Spyderco Customer Service...another reason why I buy Spyderco!

Yeah that's my terrible picture taking abilities showing. Blade is dead centered now. Anything is better than the lock bar rubbing the blade on opening like before.

Same experience here.

Lost a handle screw on my Delica. Send Charlynn a picture. Set of new screws arrived, with a sticker.

Stripped a screw on my PM2. Send Charlynn a picture. Offered to pay for replacement. Received screws for free.

Ordered a new knife couple of days ago. Had to pay for that one...

I've only had to ever send 1 knife back and I'm glad it happened to be a Spyderco(it wasn't their fault but they fixed it anyway).

Their return time is off the charts though. Only took them 13 days from the day I shipped to the day it returned. If you take away the 2 days it took to get there and 2 days back in transit, 9 days! That's nuts!
