Spyderco Customer Service Emails?

Hey all. The reason I'm posting this thread is because I emailed Spyderco using all of their available emails about a week ago, and I haven't got a response or even an acknowledgment that they were received. Before, I got a response the next day or the day after. Is something wrong or am I being impatient? And all I was asking about was getting replacement washers for my Paramilitary 2...

Thanks for the help,
GuyWithTheThings

Try emailing them with a different account? Maybe it's going into their junk mail? I dunno, seems like giving them a call would be easier than creating a thread asking people who don't work there for advice ;)

Lol that's probably a good idea. But I thought that Sal and others roamed about the forums?

He does. But I would think he's a pretty busy guy, and this would be the slow way to get a response lol.

It's been my experience that a phone call is still the quickest way to get a response to a customer service inquiry. With Spydeco or any company.

Check your own junk mail folder / spam filter.
I emailed them about a month ago and got a reply a day or two later.

Call them. It's like a dam magic trick; you call say I need(insert whatever).......then POOF! It's in your mailbox. At least that's been my experience.
