Spyderco customer service is awesome!

Recently lost the screw and wire clip to my SpydieChef, thought it was a lost cause until I found the clip in the parking lot at work. Alas, still missing the screw to attach the clip. I email Spyderco customer service to purchase a new one...fast forward to their response...they sent one for free! Not only that but a locktite packet, catalog and sticker! Big ups to the folks in Colorado, Thanks Spyderco!

Seems pretty arbitrary. They've offered to sell me clips, but never sent one out for free.
