I called the Factory store and explained to a nice young man named Paul that I had lost my three screws to my Native IV and had also got my Mini-Manix clip caught on something and bent it and stripped the screws. I asked if I could purchase add'l screws for the Native and a replacement clip assembly for the Mini-Manix. Turns out they didn't have a clip for the Mini-Manix in the parts bin but Paul tracked one down and mailed all these things to me. And when I called back to give my CC info, he said it was on them.

Now that's as good as it gets in Customer Service!! Thanks Paul!! Just another reason to love this company.
 
Good to hear! Often the great cases of CS go unreported and all we hear is the lemons or unsatisfactory cases. Thanks for sharing.
 
Spyderco Customer service is awesome!!! They are very laid back and willing to help out.
 
Well I got back from a trip and the screws and clip were waiting. Turns out the clip didn't fit the mini-manix but the beefy replacement screws did the trick with my old bent clip I'd mangled back in shape. I'm back in business with my Mini and very pleased about that.

Turns out the new clip sent is for my Native IV. Now this is some great news since my Native clip is beat to hell.

Very pleased with Spyderco about all the help.
