Spyderco Customer Service RULES!!!!

Sent in a Endura 98 to have the clip replaced since the orginal one had come off and gotten lost somehow.

Yesterday UPS stopped in with a box from Spyderco and a note from Beth Swanson saying they had exchanged the old Endura for a brand spanking new one

Talk about a nice surprize!!

Its two-thumbs up in my case! My buddy's Starmate travelled thousands of miles to have its liner-lock tuned! Excellent service I must say!!

My Delica just came back yesterday... Slightly delayed because of a $5 payment because Spyderco doesn't consider it a warranty issue. But it is much better now... The blade is nice and smooth. And now my serrated Delica is back to meet my brand new plain edge Delica

OK, the plain Delica is a little tight, but not as bad as the other. And I'm not sending it away for a month for whatever Spyderco did to it...
