Hello everyone, Just wanted to say I had a great experience dealing with spyderco.

I emailed their warranty department to ask for a new screw for the pocket clip on my leafstorm. No questions asked I had 3 new screws at my door later that week free of charge.

Yeah, they are as good as I have experienced in the industry. I'm a lefty so I move the clip on every Spyderco I have, which is quite a few. Even even though I am careful I have lost a few screws & barrel fasteners over the years and Spyderco has never failed to quickly sent me a replacement. The last time it happened I called and talked to Charlynn on a Saturday morning and I had the screws in my mailbox on the following Monday.
