Just wanted to share a recent experience with Spyderco's customer service. The black screws on my PM2 were getting worn, so I took them off and polished them up. I didn't like the way they looked, so I emailed Spyderco to see if I could buy some screws. They said they don't sell screws, but they'd be happy to send me some.
Within 2 weeks, I had a brand new set of screws for my PM2 (including clip screws!). Awesome! Keep up the great work and thanks again Spyderco! :thumbup:
