I have a really old Spyderco catalog and they use to offer a Cut Kit. It looks like a small pouch with the Spydie on it and it has a Ladybug, bandaids, rubber gloves, tape, tweezers?, and what looks to be a first aid manual. If you happen to have one laying around, I would love to have one. I think this could be something you could start making again. I would be first in line.

Please keep John Row (Colobbfan) in your thoughts and prayers.

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.

Dear Michael,
Talk about coincidence! I was at the NKCA show at Covington KY this past Saturday. I was passing a table and saw this strange red nylon pouch with a "Spyder" and "Cut kit" on it. I got to talking with the dealer and he sold it to me for $10. I thought it was an interesting curiousity and when I got home found a brief mention of it in the Syderco book. My pouch (no contents) has a clear plastic pocket on each side; much like the constructon of the Spyderpacks. I guess I will use it two carry two knives.

ps. That was a good show for me; I also found a minty almite Worker!

Hi Michael. I'll poke around.

The kit came with band aids, steri strips, antiseptic, yellow Ladybug, etc. Very nice concise and effective package, but far too expensive to produce.

It's been quite a while since we made them.

Hey Sal, please let me know if you find one. I will make a nice donation to the Children's Hospital or whatever you want me to do. I think it would be a cool thing to have.
