Hello Everyone I just wanted to share some thoughts and also pictures on this knife, Its just absolutely amazing in my opinion, Both in performance and in looks.
Paper-shaving sharp, also works like a ''small biggie'' as Spyderco mentions. It's also my first Spyderco knife so I thought i could share some images with you guys

What's the difference between the 2 and the 1? I have the first Dfly, with the plastic clip, and AUS 8 blade. The OP shows a knife with a wire clip (good), and linerless FRN. And then coop1957 shows a pic with liners and G10?

First gen of Dragonfly =
Light weight frn handle, AUS8 blade and plastic integrated clip. Not sure but I think they made an ATS 34 blade also.
Also a Stainless model with a screw on stainless clip
Not sure but I think there were also a few Carbon Fiber models out there

Second gen of Dragonfly =
Jimping was added to frn and G10 models, not sure of SS models
Light weight frn handle, VG10 blade and wire clip
Light weight frn handle, ZDP 189 blade and wire clip
G10 handles, ss liners, VG10 blade and wire clip
Stainless steel model with VG10 blade and scew on stainless clip
Stainless steel Tatoo model - Art work etched on handle
Salt model with H1 blade steel, yellow frn handle and wire clip
Both gens offered plain and serrated edges.

Knifeworks.com shows all the gen 2 variations.

Small spydie's make great edc knives due to the performance to size/weight ratio. I have a gen I dragonfly SE, gen II dragonfly plain edge, cricket and a baby goddard on the way. I'd like to get one of every flavour that coop mentioned above!

Congrats on getting yours Jon.

Dragonfly Salt is my swimming knife. Not even noticable when clipped to my trunks, but there when/if I need it.
