Spyderco dragonfly bad blade centering

Hi guys I just got a spyderco dragonfly not too long ago and at first it was perfect and now the blade centering is way off. I have t adjusted anything on the knife it's just like it came but it's pretty bad. I can't add a picture but the blade goes far off to the left almost rubbing the handle. I can still close it fine just worried it'll one day get worse and not close right. Any advice?

Could be that the pivot screw loosed up. I know spyderco is pretty picky on fiddling with their knives when it comes to warrenty so call them asking if you can keep the warrenty if you tighten the pivot screw.
