It's going to vary from knife to knife and sometimes which side of the bevel, but from what I noticed on the Spyderco's I've sharpened, it's around 15 degrees per side give or take.

I actually read this in a FAQ the other day.
Spyderco's sharpener is set for 40 degrees inclusive, but their knives come from the factory with edges closer to 30 degrees to when you sharpen it with the sharp maker it makes a micro bevel.
Like Syncharmony said though, it will vary quite a bit. I just got a Military and the edges are very uneven - probably the most uneven out of all my knives (but they're consistent on each side, and sharp as hell). I think I heard about their edges on the video demonstrating the sharp maker.
