Hi gang.

Tried my Google Fu today, but I'm not having much luck.

Just a couple questions. Does the Lightweight Endela have steel liners?

Does the knife have washers? If so, what are they made out of?

How strong are these knives without liners? I'm assuming the Lightweight model has no liners.

Thanks all, sincerely appreciate your time.

I have the endela k390 lightweight .. it does have liners. I haven't used it very long yet it seems pretty strong.
I'm unsure about the washers.

I have the K390 Endela and it
is exactly like any Endura4 is
just a little smaller.
Steel liners, phosphorus washers.

The lightweight Delica and Endura have liners and small phosphor bronze washers. I assume the Endela is the same.

It has skeletonized recessed liners but no washers. There is a video where a guy tried to destroy an Endura and he finally got it to where it was a bit loose after some serious abuse, but that is all. BladeHQ tested Spyerco's back lock and it is so strong that the blade will snap before the lock fails. I hope that is strong enough of a knife for you.
