No. The Gen 4 uses an entirely different handle mold than the gen 3. The gen 3 mold is still used for the Pacific Salt, and uses the barrel bolt clip. The Gen 4 uses a three screw clip and has four way clip position option.

The Gen 3 Endura was made in VG-10 the last couple of years before the redesign. It is possible that the seller has some of the old E3s but is using stock photos of the newer E4. I'm always a little leary of sellers that don't take their own pictures.
