Is this blade suitable for utility, edc and food prep work? How well does this knife cut compared to ffg endura? How well would this knife work for MBC(self defense purpose)?

It is ok. The waved Endura is slightly thicker behind the edge. My only problem with the waved Endura comes when it is carried tip up. I kept forgetting about the wave and ending up with a half open knife in my hand.

I have both of them. Waved Endura not so good for food prep. But it has thick blade and strong tip for other EDC functions and self defence. FFG En is a great slicer. I use it on kitchen very often.
