took another visit to the SFO last week, here's what i got!

I'd like to stop by the SFO one of these days. I'd go nuts I'm sure and buy a pile of knives, including a couple Dyads. :)
Nice haul. The Quarter sized holes you have are more than likely from the holes cut into the liners or the fixed blades. The Orange Military was a sprint, but then it hung around for a long time, more like an limited production than a true sprint.
 
That makes sense that they come from liners.

I do remember the orange millies being around for a while but they just disappeared from stores one day and now i've got one :D
 
Those spyder holes are kind of cool...do they give any indication what steel they are? Or is just like a big jar of random bits?

nice knives too, I have the Urban and Para2 you got they are both really great in very different ways.
 
They don't say what steel they are, they just come from a large container and they bag them for you.

weight reduction holes from full tang fixed blades imho. as rev said.

On the web they sell at MSRP, so as not to compete against their dealers. Walk in traffic at SFO is not really a threat to other retailers.
