4 s ter is correct. For Insurance purposes, we cannot give tours of the factory. However, the new SFO store is worth a visit. They have worked extremely hard to make it an experience, not just shopping. Continuing projects include various museum displays. I think everyone who has been able to come to the new location and had also visited the previous location would agree that there efforts have made a huge difference. We're really excited about SFO and encourage anyone who can, to stop by.
